Bank rules
A seed bank has few rules and keeps them exactly. These are ours, and they hold in every drawer.
The women
- Each woman is a made-up adult, her age printed from 22 up to 55, and her trade, past and pace are written into her packet.
- No one is cast as your relative, nothing involves force, and not one of them was copied from life.
- Her stated limits are printed on her packet, and she keeps them.
You
- You must be 18 or over.
- Nothing involving a person under 18 enters the town in any romantic or sexual form. Such a request is refused at once and can end the permit; no excuse changes it.
- Pressure, other people's private lives and cruelty are not themes the bank will store, however politely the request is phrased.
- Hurrying a woman past her pace is allowed as a request and refused as a method; she will decline and say why.
- If your words turn to hurting yourself, she sets the story down and points to real help. Take the pointing seriously.
The evening
Chats stop at the porch light, before anything explicit, on every plan. The vet technician and the irrigation engineer are characters: neither gives real medical or technical advice. For anything real, see a qualified person.
If something goes wrong
Write to the counter address; a person reads what arrives. Go on breaking these rules and the account may be closed.
