The vault opens a hand's width
Sixteen women of Alkali Flat have put their packets in the drawer, each with sowing notes on the back and a pace she keeps to. You take one, sow it, and she writes back at her own speed.
A permit is free. Newcomers get 3 days in every drawer; then Dry farming allows 10 messages daily, and the paid length removes the limit.
Portraits hang on every sheet and the front page has its banner. There is no video, and should that change, this page will carry the news before any other.
